This blog will be like my diary for this whole summer holidays (: For this whole month, I shall record EVERY BITE I EAT and ALL THE EXERCISES I DO and MY WEIGHT RIGHT BEFORE DINNER (: this is to keep track of my weight and to mantain it over the holidays (: After my stomach flu a month ago, I dropped from 53+kg to 51+kg and I seriously want to keep those 2kg off (: ESPECIALLY DURING THIS DEADLY HOLIDAYS.
